This is a Valentines Day event for adults 18+ with disabilities and their allies and friends, and will be held at Altitude Nine – the new events venue on the top floor of City Hall at Maroochydore with stunning coastal and hinterland views.

Enter the venue from the City Hall entrance in Lightning Lane - the main entry doors on First Avenue will be closed. Free parking is available within 100 metres -details below.

The event will feature a live band, a DJ, with food provided, a welcome mocktail, a mask and non-alcoholic drinks available to purchase for 150 people looking for friendship and fun at this very special event designed for them.

Smoking/vaping

The venue is a non-smoking venue and guests wishing to smoke/vape will be required to go to the ground floor and outside the building.

Bar

Altitude Nine is a cashless venue and any purchases at the bar will be required via card facilities. We accept all major cards payment methods.

Parking

There is plenty of 2hr on street parking available around Maroochydore City Centre with free unmetered parking on street after 5pm on Friday evening.

Additionally, there is the ParknGo multistorey public car park available via 4 Lightning on Lane, Maroochydore. Parking is free for the first hour and an hourly parking rate applies thereafter. Further information regarding this parking facility and rates can be found here.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Photo ID card to prove age will be required for entry to the event.
  • People with accessibility needs: up to 100 metres to car-parking; entry ramp; accessible toilets; no hearing loop at this event.
  • No alcohol may be brought into, or consumed, at the venue.
  • Food may not be brought to this event.
